Every Minute Counts
Another doubt men have is that once they become dads, they cannot give time to themselves. There is no time to work out or exercise. But who said that the Gods of fitness are only active in gym and fitness centers? Look online, and you will find some of the best home treadmills, and weight lifting programs that will actually give you the freedom to work at home in small intervals.
Work-Life is Too Hectic
Listen, stress is part of life, and as busy days, it’s a BIG part of our lives. There is never enough time to do it all, and there always seems to be more bills than paychecks. Let’s get one thing out of the way. You can always take just for fun runs. Prefer taking short walks and jogs for nearby destinations
