The images we’re shown on TV and movies tell us that we’re not worthy of a loving woman because our bodies aren’t smoking hot. We’re missing six-pack abs or our hairline may be receeding.
This is bunk.
We cannot buy into the story Hollywood has shown us. Our bodies are amazing and we can be okay with how they look.
While we can be okay with the way our bodies look, we also know we need to improve them. We need to work them out and get them into shape.
